Six Lounge comments on performing the opening theme as follows:

“We are SIX LOUNGE, and we will be performing the opening theme. We have been waiting with excitement for the information to be released.
Thank you for choosing us. We have faced the work “BLEACH,” which has been loved for many years, head-on with the rock and roll that we have always believed in, and created a song with love and respect. We are giving it our all. All that remains now is to look forward to the broadcast with you all. No other words are needed, right? Let’s see it through together.”

Whereas Suisoh, who performed the ending theme, comments as follows:

“I re-read every last bit of BLEACH and did my best to create this piece to express the depth of the work. Based on the theme of the two colors “black” and “white,” this piece is packed with my own expression of the characters’ strength and way of life, as they forge ahead despite being tormented by their pasts, love and hate, and contradictions. The story of Sokokutan features one of my favorite episodes of BLEACH. I’m grateful to be involved in their story through music, and I’m looking forward to its airing.”

Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War Part 3 revealed its first trailer and key visual back in December 2023.

About Bleach

Bleach is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tite Kubo. It was serialized in Shueisha’s shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump from August 2001 to August 2016, with its chapters collected in 74 tankōbon volumes.

The series has given rise to a wide-ranging media franchise, encompassing an anime television series produced by studio Pierrot spanning from 2004 to 2012, along with two original video animations (OVAs), four animated feature films, ten stage musicals, and a variety of video games and merchandise related to Bleach.

Warner Bros. produced a Japanese live-action film adaptation released in 2018. In 2022, a sequel to the anime series debuted, focusing on the manga’s concluding story arc.

VIZ Media publishes Tite Kubo’s Bleach manga and sums up the story:

Ichigo Kurosaki has always been able to see ghosts, but this ability doesn’t change his life nearly as much as his close encounter with Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper and member of the mysterious Soul Society. While fighting a Hollow, an evil spirit that preys on humans who display psychic energy, Rukia attempts to lend Ichigo some of her powers so that he can save his family; but much to her surprise, Ichigo absorbs every last drop of her energy. Now a full-fledged Soul Reaper himself, Ichigo quickly learns that the world he inhabits is one full of dangerous spirits and, along with Rukia–who is slowly regaining her powers–it’s Ichigo’s job to protect the innocent from Hollows and help the spirits themselves find peace.
