According to the spoilers, My Hero Academia chapter 405 is titled “Final Boss”. 

All Might spoke to Nighteye at the beginning of the manga chapter. All Might had just managed to escape with Bakugo’s assistance, and Nighteye verified that this was the death he had predicted.

As a result, the previous No. 1 Hero had been able to defy fate and honor his promise to Deku.
