According to the spoilers, the chapter focuses on Kuma’s life. We get Kuma’s perspective of the events at Thriller Bark, Sabaody, and the Summit War, etc.
In Thriller Bark, Kuma realized that Luffy was the one who would save the world. However, he also realized that he met Luffy too early.
Vegapunk was against erasing Kuma’s personality fully before Kuma had sent Luffy flying, but Kuma followed through with it because he made his peace.
Vegapunk wasn’t truly satisfied and decides to put Kuma’s memories into the Paw Paw Bubble that we saw in Egghead before.
Before having his memories erased, Kuma left a message for Bonney.
He wanted Vegapunk to tell her “Happy 10th Birthday” for him. The flashback ends here and we return to the present with Bonney crying at the memories, realizing the sacrifice her dad made.
