Now, this does not say “Noragami Season 3 is here!” anywhere. Although the leaker did use the words “TV Anime” so chances for Noragami Season 3 to be real are high. However, that doesn’t rule out the possibility that the sequel to the anime could be a movie.
After all, so many studios, like MAPPA, Ufotable or Toei have considered making canon movies that continued where the anime left off. Even the latest Haikyu!! The Dumpster Battle Film by Production I.G. picks up from Season 4.
Therefore, fans should not only take this news with a pinch of salt (since this is a leak) but also not completely assume that Noragami Season 3 is THE sequel for the anime series. Stay tuned for more information!
