Dropkick On My Devil! Anime Applies For Guiness World Record For Crowdfunding

The official Twitter account for Dropkick on My Devil! anime announced that their crowdfunding project has raised over 15,964,266 yen (approx. US$907,000) on Friday.

The Twitter account for the anime had previously mentioned that if the campaign managed to raise 96,560,858 yen (approx. US$756,000), then they will apply for a Guinness World Record for the most money raised by an anime production project through crowdfunding.
In 2015, Dies irae anime raised the aforementioned amount through a crowdfunding campaign.
The franchise aims to create the entirety of the fourth season titled Titled DropKick on My Devil! NEXT through crowdfunding money.
