Days 180 is titled, “Clue”

The chapter begins with Kindaka in a basketball court, staring at the hoop when suddenly, a foot is about to kick him from behind the neck.

It turns to be from Shin Asakura. Kindaka ducks and blocks Shin‘s strikes. Shin lands a hit that Kindaka seemingly dodges. Suddenly, Kindaka’s left shoe’s laces loosen, much to his surprise.

From afar, Heisuke Mashimo locks on to Kindaka from atop a building, ready to shoot him down.

Shin sends him a signal. Heisuke notices

Kindaka leaps up to kick his left shoe off his foot and with that same foot, he lands a kick on Shin.

Heisuke is surprised to see only Shin lying down on the court grounds.

Kindaka appears from behind Heisuke, telling him not to underestimate him.

Kindaka puts both boys on the ground, asking how they got close to him.

Impressed with their talents, Kindaka thinks that Sakamoto has been training them.

However, Kindaka tells the boys that they are at their physical limits, insisting that physical strength is just raw talent.

Although the boys made the most of their talents, Kindaka sees that this is not enough to match Sakamoto, himself or the Order.

Kindaka suggests that Shin and Heisuke practice psychic abilities, from mind-reading and predicting the future a few seconds ahead to rewriting an opponent’s thoughts.

To help them out, Kindaka suggests that the boys train under a fortune teller

Yoichi appears, thinking about the same person

Yoichi reveals that this person Kindaka is referring to is a fortune teller affiliated with assassins with a 100% success chance.

Such a fortune teller is an asset to assassins because 80% of crucial decisions are made through fortune telling.

Yoichiexplains that in the past, there was an assassination group that tried to assassinate a fortune teller, but they all died from food poisoning from oysters the day before.

It seems that even when walking on the front lines, the group seemed bulletproof.

According to Kindaka, even among assassins, this person’s existence is a secret

To learn about this, Shin and Heisuke have to visit It’s the Assassins’ Support Center

However, Shin and Heisuke decide to turn themselves in.

The pair are handcuffed together

For aiding and abetting numerous incidents caused by Taro Sakamoto, Shin and Heisuke are sentenced to be sent to the Assassins’ Prison.

Lu Shaotang visits the pair, angry that the boys are bringing shame to the name of the Sakamoto store.

Shin explains to Lu that they have a reason for going to prison

The scene shifts back to the basketball court and Yoichi explains that the fortune teller has been sent to prison for missing predictions related to recent events.

The prison exists for those who break the assassination organization’s rules and the fortune teller used to be quite accurate, so the organization suspects that they actually missed the predictions on purpose and are conspiring with an entity called Smart.

We learn that this prison is: Serial Killer Prison located deep underground in Okutabijō Castle. Inside, it is divided into three levels, and the lower you go, the more vicious assassins are imprisoned.

However, because of the area’s poor security, there is a chance that the boys could be killed on their first day there.

Shin sees this as an opportunity to train outside regular training.

Kindaka wonders if Sakamoto will know about this but Yoichi intends to keep the prison mission a secret.
