SHOCKING New One Piece Vivre Card CONFIRMS Franky Theory
The Beast Pirates might have the craziest family in One Piece, even more so than the Big Mom Pirates
One Piece is one of the most detailed fictional worlds ever conceived, with so much history and plenty of countries, political and familial dynamics to fill up a library!
The latest Vivre Card provides profiles for the All-Stars of the Beast Pirates but most curious of them all is Queen’s.
We not only learn that Queen’s real name is Scien but that he fathered a child 36 years ago, right around the time Franky would have been born.
Queen and Franky do share many coincidences, being the cyborgs and scientists of their . Sanji, the son of Queen’s rival, Judge, even makes a similar remark.

The coincidences now make sense as the covers for Volumes 39 and 93 feature Franky and Queen as the lead characters striking similar poses. Even the numbers are in reverse, so there is likely a lot of intent on Oda’s part to tie the characters together.

On top of that, the Vivre Cards state that both characters share the same blood type: XF.
The second part of the fourth folder One Piece Vivre Cards was released in Japan on September 4, 2024, with the title “Threatening! The Strong of the ‘New World’!!”
“Vivre Card – One Piece Visual Dictionary” is the sixth One Piece databook containing organized information on specific characters and people, constantly updated with profiles for newer characters and new information for older characters.
The Queen Timeline

Queen is currently 56 years old. At aged 17, Scien became a scientist and a member of MADS, an illegal research team led by Dr. Vegapunk. 3 years later, Scien had a child with an unknown woman.
Kaido had already approached him much early into the career but Scien remained a scientist for MADS until when he was 27 years old, Scien left the group.
This was timely as MADS would be branded a threat by the World Government three years later and arrest some of its scientists.
26 years ago, at age 30, Scien abandoned his 10 year old child and joined the Beast Pirates a little while after. From then on, Scien took the name Queen.
The timelines do add up as Franky is 36 years old.
Franky, then named Cutty Flam, was born to a pair of pirates in the South Blue and at exactly ten years old, his parents abandoned him in the ocean.
While Queen intentionally made himself a cyborg, Franky was run over by the Puffing Tom and had to rebuild his back and much of his body to survive.
Franky also used to build battleships to hunt Sea Kings and protect Water 7 but were proven too destructive. Queen on the other hand enjoyed violence and made viruses for the sake of it. It would have been interesting to see these two interact at least once.
It Might Not Be Franky
There is also someone with an even more disputed parenthood, which fits more thematically to the story of One Piece and their character.
Edward Weevil, the self-proclaimed son of Whitebeard and biological son of Buckingham Stussy, only resembles him in hair color and the giant crescent white mustache but the rest of Weevil more resembles the body type of Queen.
Queen also knows Buckin as much as Whitebeard does, because Buckin was part in MADS, mostly as a freeloader, and was the source of the first-ever successful clone, Stussy, who would become a CP-0 agent later in the story.
Queen has also shown to be lecherous and disloyal, as proven by his affection for the oiran Komurasaki (Kozuki Hiyori), which he means the child was not the only one he abandoned but his whole family.
One thing that can disprove this connection, however, is the blood type, as Weevil shares the same bloodtype as his mother.
But the number usage, poses, similarities in roles and timing do not feel like coincidences at all and are further proof of this connection between Franky and Queen.
Perhaps it was best to reveal all this in a Vivre Card to tie up loose ends without letting them occupy screen time.
Other Coincidences
There is a less tangible link made by the Vivre Cards that could explain Yamoto’s origins.
Higurashi, Orochi’s relative and conspirator with the shapeshifting Mane Mane no Mi, conspired with Kaido 28 years ago, which is right around the time Yamato would be born.

However, the Vivre Card for Yamato states her origins to be unknown and this connection is more of a loose thread.
Higurashi has loose ties with the Rocks Pirates and is not a member but she has met Shiki during that time period.
If this was the case, then not only did Kaido kill Yamato’s mother but that Kaido probably was deceived long before Higurashi turned into Momonosuke during his duel with Kozuki Oden.
Either way, it is interesting how this set of Vivre Cards links two important characters to some strange coincidences. One is definitely more possible than the other, though.
