20. Edward Weevil

Bounty: 480,000,000

We start this list with Edward Weevil, the self-proclaimed son of Whitebeard.

Although most of the brainwork and planning come from his elderly mother Baakin (the original Buckingham Stussy), Weevil was a tough cookie, as he single-handedly defeated 16 pirate crews affiliated with Whitebeard and every Marine that came to arrest him.

This strength and his claims have earned him quite the bounty.

19. Usopp

Bounty: 500,000,000

The first of many Straw Hat Pirates on this list, Usopp obtained his Doflamingo-issued bounty after his involvement in the Wano Country Incident.

Although he did not contribute too much to the Raid on Onigashima, he and Nami did face off against two of the Tobiroppo, Kaido’s six strongest officers outside the three All-Stars.

Usopp’s role as Sogeking is still fresh in the eyes of the World Government as he was the one to shoot down their flag in Enies Lobby to symbolize the Straw Hat Crew’s earliest declaration of war against the World government.

18. Sabo

Bounty: Around 602,000,000

While his exact bounty has yet to be confirmed at this time, Sabo at one point did earn a 602 million Berry bounty due to his role as Chief of Staff or second-in-command of the Revolutionary Army, especially at such a young age.

However, his involvement in the death of King Cobra and his popularity as the “Flame Emperor” should bring him closer to some of the true players of the One Piece world.

After all, he was one of the 12 figures who would have significant role in the Final War.

17. Charlotte Cracker

Bounty: 860,000,000

Still maintaining his established bounty since his introduction on Whole Cake Island, Cracker is one of Big Mom’s three Sweet Commanders, her strongest sons and officers.

Cracker was a particularly difficult opponent for Luffy due to his inexhaustible supply of Biscuit Soldiers and it took the intervention of Nami and her rainclouds making the biscuits wet to defeat the army.

Although not exactly done for, Cracker was also recently defeated by new Blackbeard Fleet member and former Marine Admiral, Kuzan.

16. Nico Robin

Bounty: 930,000,000

Originally having one of the highest bounties in the early part of the series, Robin gained her reputation as the “Devil Child” due to being the last survivor of the Ohara Incident, one of the few people who studied the Void Century containing the World Government’s darkest secrets.

Indeed, the longer Robin survived, the higher her bounty went.

15. Charlotte Smoothie

Bounty: 932,000,000

Yet another Big Mom Pirate to the list, Smoothie is one of her Sweet Commanders and has yet to be defeated by any of the Straw Hats. Then again, she did not have any formal battles.

Smoothie’s Devil Fruit, the Shibo Shibo no Mi (Wring-Wring Fruit) that allows her to drain people, animals and objects of their juices, which she sometimes uses to increase her own size or the power of her attacks.

She was last seen with the Big Mom Pirates that were kicked out of Wano.

14. Sanji

Bounty: 1,032,000,000

The first 1-billion Berry bounty on this list, Sanji has accomplished quite a lot ever since the last update from Dressrosa.

As the main character of the Whole Cake Island Arc, Sanji was the centerpiece for Big Mom’s Vinsmoke Family Assassination Plan yet Sanji was responsible for not only stopping that plan but also calming a rampaging Big Mom with his wedding cake.

Within Wano, we see Sanji defeat his first ever Yonko Commander, the strongest cyborg Queen, and that was definitely enough to secure a 1 billion bounty and this was done while rejecting his father Judge Vinsmoke’s Raid Suit technology.

However, he is not second or third in the Straw Hat crew, much to his disappointment.

Even then, Sanji is due for a bounty update after holding his own weight against Admiral Kizaru, an opponent the Straw Hats once thoroughly feared back in Sabaody.

13.Charlotte Katakuri

Bounty: 1,057,000,000

Probably the most well-known billion berry bounty for a significant amount of storytime, Big Mom’s strongest son and second-in-command is a force to be reckoned with.

Consuming the Special Paramecia, the Mochi Mochi no Mi allows Katakuri to gain Logia-like properties through sheer bodily manipulation and was the second Awakened Paramecia user in the series at that point, making him the perfect opponent for Luffy to grow out of.

While defeated by the Straw Hat, the man never once showed his back and is still active as the crew’s leader in place of his absent mother.

12. Jinbe 

Bounty: 1,100,000,000

A former Warlord of the Sea, Jinbe was already someone with one of the highest bounties in the series.

However, it seemed like joining the infamous Straw Hat Crew doubled his original bounty, such that the newly-inducted Helmsman has outpaced Sanji, who often held 3rd place in the Straw Hat bounty ranks.

Indeed, Big Mom was a “mere Yonko” to Jinbe compared to the fearsome Monkey D. Luffy who eventually defeated her and Kaido.

11. Roronoa Zoro

The second highest bounty in the Straw Hat crew of course belongs to Zoro, the swordsman who seeks to surpass Mihawk as the greatest swordsman in the world.

Zoro’s feats in Wano are nothing to scoff at, as he defeated Kaido’s second-in-command, King, one of the last of the Lunarians, a race considered to be the original gods of the Red Line.

Zoro had also acquired Wano’s strongest samurai, Kozuki Oden’s, prized sword Enma in his arsenal in place of Wano’s national treasure, Shisui.

He has recently gone toe-to-toe with one of the Five Elders, Nusjuro, who is also a wielder of a mysterious Meito sword.

As Whitebeard’s 1st Division Commander and overall second-in-command, Marco leads the Whitebeard remnants and continues

Although this bounty comes from his status from when Whitebeard still ruled the seas, Marco is still one of the most formidable pirates active in the seas, even if it is just to protect Whitebeard’s home island of Sphinx.

This is especially considering Marco’s Mythical Zoan fruit, the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix, which is one of the few Devil Fruits that grants flight in the open seas, as well as its even more notable healing flames.

9. Boa Hancock

Bounty: 1,659,000,000

Quite surprisingly, Boa Hancock ,a former Warlord and the Pirate Empress of Amazon Lily, surpasses Marco in terms of World Government threat level, mostly due to being the leader of a rebel nation (that the World Government made rebellious by removing her Warlord status).

However, her Devil Fruit, the Mero Mero no Mi (the Love Love Fruit), is sought after by Blackbeard himself and she has proven to be a formidable fighter in her own right, which is fitting for a Warlord.

8. Dorry and Brogy

Bounty: 1,800,000,000

After 100 years, we finally get the bounties of these legendary Giant Warrior Pirates!

With each man having a 1.8 Billion Berry bounty, we see how much their original value (100 million Berries) has risen due to inflation, on top of their emergence in Egghead to face the Gorosei.

This shows that the World Government will take these veterans seriously, especially because they are Giants but this is only the beginning of Elbaph-related bounties.

7. Crocodile

Bounty: 1,965,000,000

Every fan has wondered what Crocodile’s powerscaling-appropriate bounty would be.

While he was defeated by Luffy early in the story, he was a formidable antagonist, being arguably one of the most intelligent and tenacious in the Rogue’s Gallery.

His mastery over his Logia, the Suna Suna no Mi (Sand Sand Fruit), was, at that early point, the peak of power in the One Piece world.

However, with Haki introduced within the Marineford Saga, some fans wonder if Crocodile really lived up to the hype.

As it turns out, not only did he always have Haki but he was always a threat for his role in the Paramount War and power that at least comes close to the level of a Yonko, making him among the top Warlords of the Sea.

Notably, he is the only criminal to be given a “Special Bounty” that has yet to be explained but he has been chained up to the Treasure Tree Adam and it took the effort of every Giant Warrior to bring him down.

Not to mention the fact that he acquired a Legendary Devil Fruit.

5. Monkey D. Luffy, Trafalgar D. Law and Eustass Kid

Bounty: 3,000,000,000

The three masterminds behind the Wano Country Incident, Luffy, Law, and Kid are the three worst members of the Worst Generation in terms of reputation because of the trouble they bring to the World Government.

The three pirate captains gained their bounties from defeating two Yonko at the same time.

Law and Kid used their Awakened Devil Fruits to defeat Big Mom while Luffy not only defeated Kaido with his own Awakened Devil Fruit but said awakening exposed the existence of Sun God Nika to the Gorosei and Imu.

Buggy’s role in the story may seem comedic but his meteoric rise to power is no joke.

On top of his supernatural luck with events in the story, Buggy is a pretty good businessman, who managed to create one of the largest organized threats to the Marines via Cross Guild.

He serves as the more crafty parallel to Luffy’s journey to become the King of the Pirates and in a way, he deserves it precisely because he brought two of the strongest Warlords together.

3. Dracule Mihawk

It is no surprise that the man called the World’s Greatest Swordsman would have a bounty matching the reputation of a Yonko like the man he challenged, Shanks.

His presence alongside Crocodile’s made the World Government take Buggy’s threat more seriously.

Of all the Warlords, Mihawk was the greatest loss in power to the World Government, something that not even Vegapunk’s Seraphims could properly fill up.

Bounty: 3,996,000,000

From having no bounty to reaching the top 5 of every bounty list, Blackbeard continues to expand his menace wherever he goes and it is impressive how he made a 1.7 billion Berry leap from his previous 2.2 billion in only a few days within the Wano Country Arc no less.

The last and youngest of the original Four Emperors of the Sea, Shanks maintains his present bounty due to his strength as a Yonko and his many feats.

Shanks is also the ruler of multiple territories and has a steady alliance with the Giants of Elbaph, giving him some of the most powerful allies in the series.

There is also the detail of Shanks being a Figarland but who knows if that is a factor in his “Dead or Alive” bounty.
