One Punch Man Officially Announces Season 3 for 2025
The One Punch Man anime’s 10th anniversary might be when we finally see Season 3.
Ever since the announcement in August 2022, fans have been eagerly anticipating the continuation of Garou’s rampage and Saitama’s story in the coming 3rd Season of One Punch Man.
On December 13, 2024, it was announced by J.C. Staff that One Punch Man Season 3 will premiere on 2025.

After 6 years since the premiere of Season 2, One Punch Man returns to anime form.
This confirms some of the hints received throughout the year regarding the release year for the new anime.
Along with the announcement came the 10th Anniversary poster for the One Punch Man anime, showing Saitama in the center, alongside the supporting cast of Genos, Fubuki, Tatsumaki, Speed O’Sound Sonic, and Suiryu, with the villains Vaccine Man (the monster from Episode 1), Deep Sea King, Boros, and Garou.
With the anniversary poster as a hint, we might see One Punch Man dominate Fall 2025.
Premiering on October 15, 2015, One Punch Man Season 1 by Madhouse (Death Note, Hunter x Hunter 2011 and Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End) was a massive hit among anime fans and lased for 12 episodes.
Released on April 10, 2019, the One Punch Man anime would return with Season 2, this time adapted by J.C. Staff (Edens:Zero, Honey and Clover), which has caused some controversy due to the disparity in animation quality between the two seasons.
Season 2 of One Punch Man stopped at Chapter 85 of the manga, early into the 92-chapter long Monster Association Arc.
