One Punch Man Season 3 Reveals FIRST Trailer and 2025 Release Date
After a long time, One Punch Man Season 3 reveals an official release date and hypes up fans with its newest teaser.

On March 7, 2025, after over a year of anticipation and 3 years since its announcement, One Punch Man Season 3 now has an official trailer and the official release date: October 2025.
The trailer shows all the Heroes gather (Fubuki, Sweet Mask, Puri Puri Prisoner, Genos, Superalloy Darkshine, Pig God, Zombieman, King, Child Emperor, Atomic Samurai, Bang, and Tatsumaki), ending on Saitama himself.
Noticeably, the trailer shows notable polish on the character design and even impact frames, with one taking the form of an exclamation point. This detail shows the potential for Season 3 to be a big improvement over the previous season, also by J.C. Staff, which has been critiqued for being a significant downgrade compared to Madhouse’s Season 1.
Along with the trailer, a key visual is released called “The Strongest ver.”, showing Saitama, Genos, King, Fubuki, Bang, and the rest of the Hero Association cast.
Season 3 had already been officially confirmed on December 13, 2024.
Season 3 will continue the Monster Association Saga and even reach the climactic showdown between the Heroes and Gyoro-Gyoro and the Assocation’s leader Orochi but maybe unlikely to adapt the whole arc, which concludes with Saitama’s final battle against Garou.
About One Punch Man
Originally a webcomic created by ONE (Mob Psycho 100) in 2009, One Punch Man would later be adapted into a manga illustrated by Yusuke Murata (Eyeshield 21) in 2012.
While the webcomic is self-published in the Japanese website, Nitosha.net, the manga has been published on Shueisha’s Tonari no Young Jump website since June 14, 2012.
As of writing, there are 210 chapters and 32 volumes circulation, with the series is currently redrawing the current Ninja Arc.
The manga has sold 32 million copies as of November 2024.
Premiering on October 15, 2015, One Punch Man Season 1 by Madhouse (Death Note, Hunter x Hunter 2011 and Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End) was a massive hit among anime fans and lased for 12 episodes.
Released on April 10, 2019, the One Punch Man anime would return with Season 2, this time adapted by J.C. Staff (Edens:Zero, Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest), which has caused some controversy due to the disparity in animation quality between the two seasons.
Season 2 of One Punch Man stopped at Chapter 85 of the manga, early into the 92-chapter long Monster Association Arc that began in Chapter 53.
One Punch Man tells the story of Saitama, a man who has the ability to destroy anything with just one punch, which has left the hero for fun dissatisfied with life.
