Something I have not pointed out in my previous reviews is that every Primal Devil has an overarching design theme, which is that they are made of human corpses, usually with eerie faces representing an expression of that fear.
The Darkness Devil has limbs made of corpses and the Falling Devil was manifested on Earth via a mass of mangled corpses.

Since Death, the last Horseman of the Apocalypse, is a Primal Fear, her design could be similar but she might follow all the other Horsemen that have human appearances.
