Yes, Atlas sacrificed itself to help the Straw Hat Crew escape Vegapunk’s Island.

In chapter 1120 of the manga, in the Labo Phase, Zoro and Jinbe are on the Thousand Sunny. Nusjuro was blown far away but is making his way back. Lilith stops the Straw Hat crew from taking off, warning that if Nusjuro attacks midair, the ship’s speed will drop, and they won’t reach the sea.

Suddenly, Atlas appears and punches Lilith, knocking her unconscious. Atlas turns off a device on Lilith’s head, and York notes that only Atlas remains.

Atlas, now determined, tells Nami and the others, “Please, take care of Lilith. I will eliminate your obstacle!!” As Nusjuro rushes back, Atlas flies and grabs him, even as he slices off one of her arms. Using her “DOM Shoes” and jet pack, Atlas pushes Nusjuro out of the way, allowing the Thousand Sunny to take off using the “Coup de Burst.”
