Bleach’s latest anime cour is nearly done filming
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Arc has been a decade-long wish of the Bleach and anime community, finally fulfilled in its 2022 release.
Bleach fans can now enjoy Bleach content coming every year in 13-episode cours.
Tite Kubo, the author of Bleach, has confirmed through his Klub Outside website that the dubbing process for Cour 3 has ended at the end of August 2024.

Kubo has been in touch with the animation staff and voice actors for the anime, as shown in this image where the author attended the “wrap-up party” with the cast and crew.
In the production of anime, when the dubbing process is finished, it means that the anime season is also finished and ready for release.
The third cour of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Arc will premiere on October 5, 2024. Every cour will have 13 episodes, so Cour 3 will likely follow suit.
About Bleach
Bleach is the hit manga series written and illustrated by Tite Kubo, serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump from 2001 to 2016, with 130 million tankōbon volumes in circulation worldwide by 2022. The series spans 74 volumes.
On August 2021, Kubo would commemorate the manga’s 20th anniversary with a 73-page chapter, titled “New Breathes From Hell” as a continuation of the story.
The manga was later adapted into an anime series that lasted 366 episodes, lasting from 2004 to 2012 directed by Noriyuki Abe.
The anime returned after 10 years with the release of the Thousand-Year Blood War Arc on October 2022 under the direction of Tomohisa Taguchi.
