Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War Cour 4 Announced
Bleach will return soon to conclude its epic story!
On December 29, 2024, after the Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War Cour 3 finale concluded, Viz Media released a key visual to announce Cour 4 is coming.

Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War Cour 4 is called “The Calamity” and will be the final season of the entire Bleach anime.
Along with the key visual, we see a trailer showing Ichigo’s Shikai, with the larger blade (his Shinigami/Hollow Zangetsu/White) turning white, signifying a change in the balance within Ichigo’s self.
Along with this, we see the larger blade merge with the smaller blade (Old Man/Quincy Zangetsu) to form a new blade that immediately shatters, a foreboding premonition for manga readers.
On December 29, 2024 at 6:00PM Japan Time, Aniplex’s Youtube Channel released the special music video versions of the opening “” by Six Lounges and the ending “Monochrome” by .
In the special opening, we see a recap of every key event and battle but in black and white and only the notable colors of each character highlighted, just like the original opening.
Alongside the recap, we see character introductions for each member of the cast, from Ichigo’s group to the Gotei 13 and Yhwach’s Quincies.
In the special ending, the entire sequence changes as we also include Kisuke Urahara and his allies (Yoruichi, Grimmjow, Nelliel, Riruka, and Yukio, the Visoreds, Ryuken and Isshin and their wives, and a new scene of Ichigo and Uryu as students picking up their respective crystals.
Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War was the adaptation of the final arc of Bleach that began on October 2022 after the anime went on a 10-year hiatus.
