Broly Is The Strongest Dragon Ball Character In 2024, Says An Official Poll Voted By Fans

The Dragon Ball Secret Battle Hours 2024 concluded on Jan 29, 2024, and Broly has emerged victorious from the ultimate clash of reposts and likes characters pooled together.

It was announced by the official Dragon Ball website on Jan 8, 2024, that the event from last year is back again and will be held on X (Twitter)! 20 characters were chosen for this year (including manga characters like Moro and Gas) and were pitted against each other at random.

After 8 days of voting, 2 characters, Broly and Bardock, clashed in the final battle, and after an entire day of rummaging planets, Broly survived and raised his hands to show his sign of victory. The official Dragon Ball Twitter account will be posting a special wallpaper of Broly soon.

Fans were shocked to see Bardock and Broly, who were clearly not the strongest in their verse, competing for the title of strongest. This is because they thought the whole voting process was rigged for the character who was assigned the like button to win every time.

Basically, it wasn’t a fair poll. Many of them felt they should have just conducted a traditional Twitter poll like this:

And then vote for your preferred character in order to make it fair. Most people on social media tend to like posts rather than quote or repost them, so it’s actually unfair on the part of officials, and fans hope that this system will change next time.

But for now, Broly and Gohan are champions of the Dragon Ball Secret Battle Hours and I’m quite intrigued to see who will emerge as the most popular strongest.

Since the artefacts are said to grant one wish to whoever collects all seven, Bulma hopes to gather them and wish for a perfect boyfriend.

Goku happens to be in possession of a dragon ball, but unfortunately for Bulma, he refuses to part ways with it, so she makes him a deal: he can tag along on her journey if he lets her borrow the dragon ball’s power.

With that, the two set off on the journey of a lifetime.
