“Consider Attack on Titan” Says Vinland Saga’s Makoto Yukimura To Fans For Violence
The mangaka said so jokingly while complimentingĀ Attack on Titan.
Makoto Yukimura, the creator of theĀ Vinland SagaĀ manga recently did an interview at the San Diego Comic-Con 2023, where he asked fans to read Hajime Isayama’sĀ Attack on TitanĀ manga instead!
He said so while addressing the fans who were upset with the manga for becoming non-violent.
“If you really want to read about violence, please read Attack on Titan,” Yukimura said.
The mangaka said so jokingly while complimentingĀ Attack on Titan.Ā In fact, Makoto Yukimura is a huge fan of the series, even re-watching all of it to prepare for Attack on Titan’s final season when it originally began airing.

Vinland SagaĀ Season 2 premiered on January 9, 2023, in Japan, and is now available for streaming on platforms like Netflix and Crunchyroll outside of Japan.
The second season has 24 episodes, and although the animation studio responsible for its production changed from WIT to MAPPA, the team working on the anime remains the same as in Season 1.
