Fire Force Season 3 Officially Announced To Debut In 2025 And 2026!

Season 3 will be split into 2-cours. Cour 1 will release in April 2025, whereas Cour 2 will release in January 2026.

The Crunchyroll industrial panel at Anime Expo 2024 on July 7, 2024, gave THE NEWS Fire Force fans have been waiting all along! Fire Force Season 3 is officially REAL and it’s heading to streaming platforms in 2025 and 2026!

Basically, Season 3 will be split into 2-cours. Cour 1 will release in April 2025, whereas Cour 2 will release in January 2026. The exact release dates haven’t been announced yet. Meanwhile, check out this awesome new trailer and key visual commemorating this exciting announcement!

The trailer highlights scenes from the anime so far with a tease of what’s to come, including a devious-looking moon and Arthur and Shinra…fighting. Again.

About Fire Force:

Fire Force is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Atsushi Ohkubo. It was serialized in Kodansha’s shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Magazine from September 2015 to February 2022, with its chapters collected in 34 tankōbon volumes.

An anime television series adaptation produced by David Production aired from July to December 2019 while Season 2 aired from July to December 2020. The third season, split into 2-cours, is set to air in April 2024 and January 2025.

Crunchyroll describes the overall plot of Fire Force as follows:

Tokyo is burning, and citizens are mysteriously suffering from spontaneous human combustion all throughout the city! Responsible for snuffing out this inferno is the Fire Force, and Shinra is ready to join their fight. Now, as part of Company 8, he’ll use his devil’s footprints to help keep the city from turning to ash! But his past and a burning secret behind the scenes could set everything ablaze.
