Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End TV Anime’s Second Opening Theme Goes Live
Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End openint themes rank 2nd on Billboard Japan’s weekly download song charts.
Today, the YouTube channel for TOHO Animation began streaming a special music video, Sunny, the 17th digital single of Japanese rock band Yorushika.
It also got featured as the second opening theme for the Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End TV anime.
The release video features various memorable scenes from the season’s The First-Class Mage Exam arc.
The band consists of composer n-buna and vocalist suis and has made theme songs for Kaina of the Great Snow Sea and The Dangers in My Heart.
Released digitally on January 5, 2024, Sunny, rank second on Billboard Japan’s weekly download song charts.

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End is a manga series written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe.
It has been serialized in Shogakukan’s shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Sunday since April 2020, with its chapters collected in twelve tankōbon volumes as of December 2023.
The first season of the anime, produced by Studio MADHOUSE, aired from September 2023 to March 2024.
