Leak: One Piece Season 3 Might Have Been Approved
A website update reveals that One Piece Live-Action Season 3 might have already been approved before an announcement from Netflix

On February 7, 2025, the Writer’s Guild of America website lists the main writing and producer credits for One Piece Live Action Season 3, which is supposedly set for 2025-2026.
To note, Netflix has yet to announce a Season 3, especially as there is no official date for Season 2, which is set for 2025.
Previously, Vincent Regan, the actor for live-action Monkey D. Garp, has stated that a Season 3 was in the works in a December 2024 interview, although judging on his words, it was implied that he is either not included in the season or has yet to be involved in some way.
Matt Owens remains as Showrunner and Executive Producer but Steve Maeda, the primary showrunner for Season 1, is no longer showrunner but remains part of the staff.
Joseph Tracz takes Maeda’s place in both Showrunner and Executive Producer roles for both Season 2 and the undisclosed Season 3.
Season 2 is set to start the Arabasta Saga, with Season 2 covering the Loguetown Arc up until Drum Island, the arc before the actual Arabasta Arc.
Season 3 might likely cover the Arabasta Arc and Jaya Arc, possibly touching Skypiea, which would be timely due to the immense payoffs of the ongoing Final Saga of the manga.
