One Piece Anime To Go On A Week Break Post Shanks Vs Kid Episode’s Release

The staff members and the leakers haven’t mentioned or hinted on the reasons for the break.

One Piece episode 1112, featuring Shanks vs Eustass Kidd, was one of the best episodes in the series ever! It even got 9.9/10 on IMDB, prompting fans to call it the best episode since 1015!

However, One Piece anime fans will have to wait a bit longer to get episode 1113. One Piece leaker @pewpiece on Twitter revealed, on July 15, 2024, that One Piece anime will go on a week break after the release of episode 1112, which was streamed on July 14 (Sunday) and will come back with episode 1113 on July 28.

This is also confirmed by the One Piece official YouTube channel, where the staff members uploaded a preview for episode 1113 titled,  “Run, Koby! A Desperate Escape Strategy!”

The description of the video says:

In Japan…28th July 2024, On the next episode of One Piece! “Run, Koby! A Desperate Escape Strategy!”

The staff members and the leakers haven’t mentioned or hinted on the reasons for the break. Fans on social media hope that the staff are doing okay and that they deserve this rest to bounce back even higher for the next episode!
