One Piece Translator Clarifies About Manga Hiatus
One Piece is indeed on hiatus for this week. There is no confirmation about the rest of the month of November, however.
Throughout the week, there have been conflicting reports regarding the supposed hiatus of the One Piece manga that will take place beginning November 17, 2024.
In a post on his Blue Sky social media account, Stephen Paul, the official One Piece translator in English, has clarified that there will be NO CHAPTER this week.

This has confirmed the prominent line of thinking among the One Piece community that there was an error in the Mangaplus website.
This also dismisses the speculation that the mix-up on dates is a move from Shueisha to catch leakers.

However, this news does not confirm if the hiatus will extend beyond this week.
On November 11, 2024, there have been reports circulating on the possibility of a three-week hiatus due to the date on the Mangaplus website for the release of One Piece Chapter 1132 changing from November 17, 2024 to December 1, 2024.
This is still a developing story.
