Oshi No Ko Season 2 New Trailer And KV Reveals July 3 Debut!

The official website of Oshi No Ko anime unveiled a new trailer and key visual, on May 26, 2024, featuring Aqua Hoshino, Kana Arima, and Akane Kurokawa, as they go forward to perform in their next reality TV series! In the show, they were decided to appear on the same stage in the 2.5D stage “Tokyo Blade”.

Season 2 will make its highly-anticipated debut on July 3, streaming on HIDIVE in the US and Canada and its international regions, including the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

The trailer also features the opening theme “Fatale” by GEMN.

The staff members also revealed two new additions to the cast, who are as follows:

• Ayane Sakura as Abiko Samejima
• Daisuke One as GOA

Ayane Sakura comments on her role as Abiko Samejima as follows:

“I play the voice of Abiko Samejima. I never dreamed that the day would come when I would be able to enter the world of the lovely and painful [guess who]. I played the role with all my soul, with respect for the manga artists who create their works by grinding their souls. I’m looking forward to the second season, a development that I cannot turn a blind eye to as both a reader and an actor. I hope that it will reach all those who love the artworks, those who love the craftsmanship and those who love the people who create them.”

Daisuke One comments on his role as GOA follows:

“Entertainment is not something that can be created by one person alone. Pride. Honor. Conviction. And above all, a passionate feeling of love. Oshi No Ko Season 2 was first announced in November 2023. AnimeJapan 2024 further showcased the 1st teaser trailer and 2nd key visual along with a release month.

About Oshi No Ko:

Oshi no Ko is a Japanese manga series written by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump since April 2020, with its chapters collected in thirteen tankōbon volumes as of November 2023.

Between April and June 2023, Doga Kobo produced the first season, consisting of eleven episodes. In 2024, a second season is scheduled to premiere.
