Re:Zero Season 4 Has Been CONFIRMED

As Season 3 of Re:Zero ended on March 26, 2025 with its 16th episode, we get confirmation that the anime will push forward with Season 4 with a trailer after the episode aired.

This trailer shows Subaru and Emilia entering what appears to be a Wild West-themed saloon ordering milk.

Along with the trailer, there were two key visuals for the season announcement.

First is a key visual showing Subaru riding on a mount with Beatrice on his lap and from left to right, we see Rem and Ram, Shaula, Anastasia Hoshin, Emilia, Julius Juukulius, and Meili Portroute.

Season 4 will adapt Arc 6, which had 90 chapters in the web novel and 5 light novel volumes

Season 3 adapted Arc 5, which had 81 chapters and 3 interludes in the web novel, and 5 light novel volumes, which led to 16 anime episodes.

This might mean Season 4 could be the same length, potentially becoming a split-cour season.

Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World, or Re:Zero for short, is a Japanese light novel series written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shin’ichirō Ōtsuka beginning on April 20, 2012, with 40 volumes collected as of present, alongside 6 side stories and 11 short story collections.

The light novel would be adapted into multiple manga and an anime by White Fox (Steins;Gate anime) beginning April 4, 2016 with Season 1 running until September 19, 2016 for a total of 25 episodes.

This season adapted Arcs 1, 2 and most of Arc 3.

Season 2 was a split-cour season that began on July 8, 2020 and ended on March 24, 2021 for a total of 25 episodes each.

Season 2 adapted the rest of Arc 3 and all of Arc 4.

Season 3 was another split-cour season that began on October 2, 2024 and ended on March 26, 2025 with 16 episodes, divided into 8 episode cours.

This season adapted Arc 5.

Re:Zero is the story of Natsuki Subaru, who  would enter a new world full of magic and magical beings, befriending the half-elf Emilia.

However, in his attempt to save her, he would die, only to return from death every time he died after that point, a secret he would be unable to share with anyone.
