Sakamoto Days has been pumping chapters like mad lately, such that fans do not usually expect a break.
On October 3, 2024, it was announced that Sakamoto Days by Yuto Suzuki is on a sudden break this week.

This break was not announced at the end of Chapter 184 but only updated today, October 3, 2024.
This was due to Suzuki having contracted COVID.
The series will return in Issue #46 on October 13, 2024.

Sakamoto Days is the action comedy manga written and illustrated by Yuto Suzuki for Weekly Shonen Jump, beginning on November 20, 2020.
By August 2024, the manga had over 5.5 million copies in circulation.
The story focuses on Taro Sakamoto, a retired legendary hitman in the Japanese underworld who has chosen a quiet life with his family.
This life gets disrupted when past friends and foes alike come to get revenge on him and so Sakamoto dedicates his time to using his expertly-honed combat skills in a variety of wacky situations.
As of July 2024, there have been 18 volumes in circulation, with Volume 19 to be released for November 2024.
The anime produced by TMS Entertainment is set to premiere on January 2025 in TV Tokyo and Netflix for worldwide distribution.
