Solo Leveling is arguably the world’s most famous manwha, with an anime adaptation that lives to the hype.

After the end of Season 1, Solo Leveling fans do not need to wait any longer.

Solo Leveling releases the key visual for Season 2, with the title “Arise from the Shadow”, with its release confirmed for January 2025.

Fans can see the new season even earlier than next year.

Solo Leveling season 2 first two episodes are coming to theatres starting November 28th, titled, “Solo Leveling: ReAwakening”

A trailer was released on September 16, 2024.

The trailer shows the events of Season 1 as protagonist Sung Jinwoo awakens from death with his Player status and we see fast clips of the season.

After 30 seconds, we see the start of Season 2, with the  Episode 13 title: “You aren’t E Rank, are You?” and the Episode 14 title: “I Suppose You aren’t Aware” and we are shown the sequence of Jinwoo facing off against the oss of the Red Gate Dungeon, the ice elf Baruka.

This will contain a recapped version of the 12 episodes of Season 1 and the first two episodes of Season 2.

The movie will be screened in theatres in Korean & Japan on November 28 for Korean theaters and November 29 for Japanese theaters.

About Solo Leveling

Solo Leveling was originally South Korean portal fantasy web novel written by Chugong, serialized in Kakao’s digital comic and fiction platform KakaoPage beginning on July 25, 2016, and was later published by D&C Media under their Papyrus label since November 4, 2016.

It would later become a webtoon  first serialized in KakaoPage on March 4, 2018, illustrated by the late Jang Sung-rak (Dubu), vided into two seasons, with the first season ending on March 19, 2020, followed by its second season, released from August 2020 to December 2021.

Eventually, Solo Leveling would be adapted into an anime television series by A-1 Pictures (Seven Deadly Sins, Kaguya-sama) that began airing on January 7, 2024 and ended on March 31, 2024.

Hiroyuki Sawano (Attack on Titan, Seven Deadly Sins) composes the series original soundtrack.
