Sung Jin Woo’s Voice Actor Coughed Blood After Recording His Lines For Solo Leveling Episode 2
The scene I’m referring to is the one in Episode 2 where Jin Woo was almost dying at the hands of these god statues.
Taito Ban, the voice actor of Sung Jin Woo in the popular anime Solo Leveling, stated in an interview that he went so hard during a scene that he literally coughed blood by the end of the recording session.
The scene I’m referring to is the one in Episode 2 where Jin Woo was almost dying at the hands of these god statues. In this scene, blood was oozing out of Jin Woo’s body as he gets slaughtered, which led to the voice actor coughing up blood, like he did it out of concern for the character, showing his utter dedication for his work.
According to a VA’s interview, Sung Jin Woo JP VA went so hard on this episode, that he was coughing blood by the end of it.
