The film list for the 2024 Academy Awards, including the Animated Feature Film category, among others, was disclosed by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences website on Dec 7, 2023.
This list essentially comprises a compilation of films that meet the criteria to be considered for the 2024 Oscars. And it looks like a couple of anime movies are part of this list.

A cumulative sum of 167 films has been selected for consideration at the 96th Academy Awards, with 88 countries securing nominations for the International Feature. The 15-film shortlists for each category will be unveiled on December 21.
