I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream! Chainsaw Man Chapter 175
No words are ever spoken, just as no arms are truly put to use in this Chainsaw Man chapter
Previously, the Japanese government has agreed to let Pochita eat the Aging Devil in exchange for the death of 10,000 children, a gruesome sacrifice to erase the concept of aging. However, before anyone can put this insidious plot to action, the Chainsaw Devil eats the Mouth Devil, erasing the existence of mouths. Will another Devil be eaten or will the world of Chainsaw Man remain muted.
The chapter kicks immediately into high gear as men with spears try to get to Pochita. They lose their heads immediately.
An attack from three fronts takes place. Katana Man prepares to charge towards Pochita from behind, the Aging Devil makes two fists appear out of thin air from both sides and Yoru dives from above to plant her sushi sword (a weapon made from a sushi dish) on the Chainsaw Man’s head.
This attack fails as Katana Man, Yoru and the Aging Devil lose their arms. Katana Man falls on Yoru and she kicks him away. Even without any arms, Yoru walks towards the Chainsaw Man but then kneels down with a horrified look on her face.
Once again, the War Devil is defeated by the Hero of Hell. What will happen next?
A rather short chapter that will lead to another dark turn.
