Mumen Rider vs Suiryu! One Punch Man Webcomics Chapter 153 Spoilers

In the previous One Punch Man webcomic chapter, Metal Bat overcomes Fuzzy’s Neo-Heroes cyborgs and breaks out.

One Punch Man Chapter 153 (webcomic) has 30 pages and was released on April 4, 2025.

The chapter begins with Suiryu looking for his younger sister Suiko and leaving the Neo Heroes building amidst the rubble and remains of cyborgs.

A C-rank Hero, Chanbara Man, spots Suiryu and thinks he is a robot yet he also sees no difference between a Neo-Hero and a cyborg because Neo-Heroes will not stop until they completely annihilate every member of the Heroes Association.

Suddenly, both are surrounded by cyborgs that Suiryu fights off, telling the robots that Chanbara Man is not an enemy.

Then Suiryu realizes that he cannot take the Battle Suit off anymore and his mind is completely warped.

We cut to Wavygyaza contemplating about how she originally wanted to change, to become an icon but now as a cyborg, she sees how ugly she has become.

Even as she saved people, both her inner and outer self seemed stained.

Her body has been overheating and her systems fail to cool it down that she begins to explode in the middle of the city.

When people gather around her, Webby’s systems make her target the civilians until she seemingly stops when a girl, a fan of hers, shows a picture of the two of them together, which allows Webby to regain control and apologize to the girl.

Suddenly, the cyborgs begin attacking Webby, only to be saved by Sweet Mask, who figured out a way to shut down the cyborgs and explains it while speedily shutting them down.

He does this by destroying the integrated circuit hidden near the upper back.

Although the battle suits are strong, Sweet Mask was able to expose their fragile internals.

He then tells Webby that her life comes first and that she has a future ahead of her.

Meanwhile, Accel, leader of the Neo Hunters, is surrounded by spear-wielding cyborgs but is saved by Tanktop Master, who thanks Accel for helping evacuate the citizens and tells him to evacuate as well.

Accel chooses to run and relay information about the cyborgs going haywire.

Superalloy Darkshine notices that the Hero Association is having a tough time and he recalls his first time trying out the battlesuits, which caused a tingle in his neck that his muscles instinctively destroy.

It seems his muscles never did lie to him and have saved him from becoming enslaved.

Although frightened by the chaos, Darkshine helps out citizens, including a badly beaten C-Rank Hero Protein Shaker, using his arm to deflect laser shots.

Protein Shaker decides to stand up and keep fighting with Darkshine instead of treating his wounds since Darkshine is here, even wanting his autograph.

However, Darkshine says that he has retired, feeling unfit to be a Hero yet for Protein Shaker, what he did right now made him a hero.

Protein Shaker reminds Darkshine of the basics, that rest is as important as training.

Closing his eyes, Darkshine regains the shine in his muscular body, being encouraged by Protein Shaker that this rest was needed for him to grow.

Meanwhile, Fubuki erects a psychic barrier to protect the citizens as it is an effective counter to the robots’ beams, however with the caveat that her barrier will easily break to the overwhelming physical might of the robots, such that even Pro-Heroes would have trouble destroying them.

Psykos joins the fight but she reminds Fubuki of their condition: that after eliminating the enemy, she will leave Psykos alone, even if the government goes after her.

Suddenly, Psykos senses the presence of an overwhelmingly powerful individual among the Neo Hero cyborgs, which turns out to be Suiryu, who punches Psykos barrier, until Mumen Rider crashes into Suiryu, declaring that the others can take care of the other robots while he will deal with Suiryu himself.
