Sakamoto’s Underwater Battle! Sakamoto Days Chapter 200 Spoilers!!
Sakamoto vs Ikari was surprisingly short for the hype it did try to build.

In the previous Sakamoto Days chapter, Ikari shows up to face Sakamoto while Shin goes after his father Ando, who has a bomb that will blow up the ship if he dies.
Days 200 is here at last after over 4 years of serialization and it is titled, “”
This chapter has 19 pages.
Editor’s Note: “Sakamoto faces a formidable opponent! Meanwhile, young Shin heads toward his father!!”
The chapter begins with a staredown before Ikari throws his anchor towards Sakamoto
Ikari reminds himself of how if he accepted a job facing the GMI, he would have to be cautious of the Order but arrogantly says that Sakamoto is only a fledgeling, which does make some sense given Sakamoto’s age and perhaps at this time, Sakamoto has yet to gain his reputation.
Ikari wraps Sakamoto around in his anchor’s chains and pulls him down to the pool, with the chains now trapped by the ladders.
Sakamoto tries to break the chains but is surprised that they are made of an unfamiliar alloy and not even his superhuman strength can break it.
Ikari jumps into the water, noting that a person can hold their breath underwater for only one minute.
So Ikari asks what will happen first: Sakamoto drowning or Ikari killing him brutally.
Meanwhile, Shin catches up to Ando and asks if there is a C4 bomb in the engine room at the bottom of the ship.
Editor’s Note:”C4 is a type of high-explosive plastic explosive.”
Shin says that an assassin would defuse it quickly if he told him where it was and thus Ando would have nothing left to hide behind.
Ando is angered that Shin would threaten him like this but Shin says that Ando should watch his words since his life is in Shin’s hands.
Shin asks why Ando abandoned him but Ando clarified that he did not abandon Shin.
In fact, Ando smuggled Shin away from the orphanage he worked in that was overseen by the JAA.
Back then, as he did not have time, Ando brought Shin to be raised in the orphanage.
However, the orphanage’s true purpose was to train the ultimate assassin and so many children died from the harsh training.
This must be Al-Kamar Orphanage, where Slur, Tenkyu, and the rest of X’s Organization came from.
But by smuggling him away from the orphanage, Ando saved Shin’s life.
Hearing this, Shin thinks that in the end, Ando did love him.
However, Ando points a gun at him, revealing that this act, whether of love or not, was the reason Ando’s life is a living hell and why the JAA was after him in the first place.
Back in the water park, Ikari was surprised that Sakamoto withstood the chains’ hold for a full three minutes while underwater.
He then sees Sakamoto brandish a gun, which Ikari considered a useless move as water resistance is 800 times that of air, so the bullet’s power and speed will drop drastically and prevent the bullet from reaching Ikari.
To Ikari’s shock, Sakamoto was able to fire a bullet through Ikari’s shoulder, forcing Ikari to swim back to the surface.
Sakamoto meets him there and kicks him to the water slide.
Inside, the two would clash as Sakamoto kicks him around and when they exit the water slide, Sakamoto throws him to the ground, breaking the floorboards and they end up where Shin and Ando were.
Ikari landed on top of Ando and apologizes to him.
Ikari promises to kill Sakamoto in the worst possible way.
Shin laughs at Sakamoto’s landing, with Sakamoto nonchalantly saying that he just took a “little dip in the pool”.
Editor’s Note: “Sakamoto has become the one to rescue Shin’s closed-off heart!!”
Sakamoto Days Chapter 201 will be released on February 17, 2025.
