Shin Gets Payback! Sakamoto Days Chapter 183 Spoilers
Shin goes crazy with his psychic abilities. Did he defy fate today or is there someone even more wicked than Iron?
In the previous Sakamoto Days chapter, Shin is beaten up by the powerful warden, Iron.
Days 183 is titled, “Chains and Shackles”.
The chapter has 16 pages.
In the showers, Shin is upset with Iron, who humiliated him in front of the other prisoners.
Boiler explains that Iron is not someone Shin can beat because he is a member of the special forces under the JAA (Japanese Association of Assassins) and ranked Number 1 in the “This Assassin is Amazing!” magazine.
Although being the closest to join the Order, no one knows why Iron is a prison guard.
Boiler warns the boys that descending to the lowers levels of the prison is hell and asks them why they even came to the prison.
Upon hearing that the boys want to get stronger, Boiler advices that strength means nothing if they die.
Meanwhile, Atari puts out her cigarette butt using a guard’s hand, which somehow changes the guard’s bad luck palm, as shown when the guard hears his grandmother’s hernia is healed and that she won the lottery.
However, Atari is worried because she senses that three lives will be lost on this day.
Keep in mind her predictions are 100% accurate.
It is almost like the story is telling us this fate will be broken in some way.
We cut to a freezing warehouse where Boiler, Shin and Heisuke are ordered by Iron to carry out supply crates.
Some of the prisoners note that the three will not survive but Iron stabs one of them on the shoulder, screaming about how they are not cheering their fellow inmates on.
Heisuke collapses from hypothermia but Iron does not care, even with Shin’s reasoning that Heisuke is useful as a sniper.
Iron maintains a philosophy of proportionality (somehow), where the weaker get the lighter punishment and the strong get tortured but because Shin and Heisuke asked for equal treatment, their punishment is equal, even if one is weaker than the other in that context.
Shin offers to work double and even attempts to carry for Heisuke but Iron kicks him off and cuffs him on some crates as punishment.
Suddenly, Shin telepathically commands every prisoner carrying a box to stop, causing everyone to fall over like dominos and make the containers fall off.
When Shin commands Iron to die, crates hit his back.
Iron asks what Shin is doing but Shin simply says that Iron just tripped.
