Are we getting a Figarland family reunion next chapter?
In the previous One Piece chapter, Loki threatens to destroy Elbaph if he is not released and the God’s Knights have kidnapped the Giant children.
Chapter 1143 will continue from here as we see more of the God’s Knights’ machinations
The reaction indicates this chapter will also be another exciting one that is full of action, with leakers rating this a 10/10
Shepherd Sommers Reveals His True Power?
The first hint leads to the implication that we will see the powers of Shepherd Sommers’ sword, which has a thorny vine pattern on its handle.
There is a theory that Sommers or his sword can transform into the yokai “furutsubaki no rei”, a tsubaki tree (rose of winter) that can bewitch and trick humans, which sounds like the Nightmare World conjured in the last chapter.
Figarland Family Dinner
The second hint shows a family eating dinner, which could be where we see Figarland Shamrock and his father, Garling, eating at dinner.
Some comments have also suggested we might probably get a flashback with Shanks’ only known visit to Mary Geoise.
Considering Shamrock’s line about Shanks only coming back once, this might mean that he, rather than Shamrock, was the man who talked to the Gorosei, which has been a dominant theory to counter the Shanks’ twin theory when Chapter 907: “The Empty Throne” came out.
Sanji Hype or Flying Animals?
The third hint shows Duval’s crew riding their flying fishes.
Duval was the man who resembled the terrible drawing of Sanji on his bounty poster and the leader of the Rosy Life Riders, a former kidnapping gang in Sabaody Archipelago once called the Flying Fish Riders, who eventually helped the Straw Hats during the timeskip by protecting the Thousand Sunny while the crew trained for 2 years.
This could mean one of two things: Sanji’s involvement due to his resemblance to Duval or the Svals or other flying animals being in the mix.
Killingham Involvement
The last hint might be a simple reference to Killingham, who is a constant state of being half-asleep and who has the ability to put others to sleep, as shown in the last chapter.
